3. That small easel you use for book reading.
4. Barongs for the office. I've always worn shirts. It's time to invest. May ROI pa yan!
5. New leather shoes.
6. A new shirt.
7. Badminton shoes, a new racket, and a badminton bag. But I think I'm going to have to commit to playing weekly first.
8. A second pair of razors for the office.
9. Sneakers.
