What's there to care about?
At least until you realize your skin's not perfect. I was surfing the net when the TV churned out another Nivea for Men ad (on the Etc channel). I decided to check out the site and I was impressed. I like how Nivea for Men is marketing their product in the Philippines. Their big launch in Baguio with all these manly men dilute any guy's guy fear of becoming a girly man when you use their products. The metrosexual lifestyle is proving to be popular among my peers. More and more guys are actually caring about their looks. Not surprising for Filipinos, I say. Being a very romantic people, we naturally want to have whatever edge we can have to impress the other sex.
Anyway, while browsing the Nivea site I realized I don't know anything about skin care. A friend tried to explain it to me, but it didn't work. What's strained skin? What are moisturizers for? Why are there oil control moisturizers? What are skin types? What's there to care about on your face aside from hair?
Oh well, I guess that proves that I am not a metrosexual (not that it's a bad thing). My friend Louie however (yes, a special shoutout to you) has been using Nivea products way before they launched this Nivea for Men brand. Aha!
If any of you guys are confused on what you are, take this metrosexual test from ESPN.com (is that a manly enough site for you?)
