Sourgraping?

Is the term sourgraping only commonly used by Filipinos? I googled the word sourgraping and found that 7 out of the first 10 search results were sites written by Filipinos. 2 of the remaining 3 results were by Asians. The rest of the matches were predominantly Pinoy sites as well. I am wondering if the use of "sourgraping" is distinctly ours much like the term Comfort Room.
